Our New Home Mission Ministry Partners: Campus Communion and Camp Jubilee

Dear St. Philip’s Family,

As we step into 2026 with hearts full of joy and anticipation, we are delighted to share an exciting update!

Motivated by our desire to make disciples and to serve our local community––and guided by your prayers for discernment during our fall selection process––we are thrilled to announce new partnerships with Campus Communion and Camp Jubilee. We will also continue our valued, ongoing partnerships with Hope to Home Ministries and Water Mission, while Star Gospel Mission, Lowcountry Fellowship of Christian Athlets, and Lowcountry Pregnancy Center will rotate off for now.

Campus Communion is a vibrant Anglican campus ministry at the College of Charleston led by the Rev. Taylor Daniel. Through gatherings that include fellowship, food, fun activities and intentional discipleship, Campus Communion serves as a welcoming space where students can grow in faith and experience the transforming power of the gospel. St. Philip’s will support this ministry as it reaches the next generation right here in our backyard, helping students find belonging and purpose in Christ during their formative young adult years.

Camp Jubilee, operated by the Anglican Diocese of South Carolina, welcomes campers from all walks of life to enjoy a fun-filled week of making friendship and memories that last a lifetime, encountering the Lord in a beautiful outdoor setting. The monetary gifts and prayers of St. Philip’s will allow us to invest in shaping young lives in the camp’s new future home on 78 waterfront acres on Lady’s Island in Beaufort.

These partnerships reflect our church’s desire to live out our faith––reaching students on campus, nurturing youth through camp experiences, and supporting families in need. May the Lord bless these Home Missions abundantly, and may we all rejoice in the work He is doing among us!
