House of Prayer: July/August Prayer Points

My house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations. (Isaiah 56:7)

The effective fervent prayers of a righteous man avails much. (James 5:16a)

Answered Prayers (Thank You, Lord):

1. For our new Director of Women's Ministries, Katie Freer. May she have all of the wisdom needed to develop this ministry.

2. For the successful VBS program for the children. Thank you, Dorothy, and all of your team who made it so unique and fun.

3. For the safe return from Greece for Jeff Miller and the group traveling with him.

4. For the GriefShare program and all who attended. Thank you, Susan and Juanita, for your leadership.

5. For the continued excellent restoration of the church building and St. Philip's Academy. For the new head of school, Justin Hare.

6. For the Home Missions ministries' success: the blood drive, Star Gospel's A Walk in Their Shoes, and the Walk for Water.

7. For our clergy and staff and all that they do to make the church family a blessing.

8. For the success of the services in the Parish Hall.

Prayer Points

1. For St. Philip's Academy to have a successful enrollment. Give Justin every gift needed to provide the leadership needed for the grand opening in 2026.

2. For all of our clergy to have special vacations this summer with family and friends. May they be refreshed and find dedicated time to spend with the Lord.

3. For continued safety for all the work men working on the buildings.

4. For safety and good health for ACNA Archbishop Steve Wood and our diocesan bishop, the Rt. Rev. Chip Edgar III.

5. For the inspiration and open doors for the new ministries God wants to do in the future at St. Philip's.

Prayer Points for the Nations

Middle East, Ukraine, and Russia: For peace agreements to be established in Gaza, Iran, Ukraine, Russia. For the humanitarian aid to get through to the people. For the Abraham Accords to be agreed upon once again. For the leaders in these countries to know the one true God and for revival to break out in these nations. For the 20,000 children that were taken by Russia from the Ukrainian families to be returned. For the hostages in Gaza to be returned. For the nuclear bomb facilities in Iran never to be restored again. For a hedge of protection around Israel and peace within the walls of Jerusalemn.

Tibet: For a stop to the Chinese from taking the children, some as young as four, from the families into the indoctrination schools.

Haiti: For the gangs to be stopped and new leadership to come forth to help this nation be productive again. For protection for the clinic and the doctors and nurses working there as they come and go. For the completion of the wall needed for our mission church to be protected from erosion and criminals.

USA: For the recovery of those missing in the horrible flood in Texas and for comfort for the families that have lost loved ones. For all the help needed for that area to be provided. For God's mercy to minister to those suffering from this tragedy. For all God's people to be faithful to prayer for the whole area around Kerrville, Texas, affected. For wisdom and protection for our Supreme Court. For wisdom for all Cabinet Heads leading in their positions of authority. May they make a difference as they make the necessary changes needed. For our president, vice president, and all in authority to be protected and guided by wise counsel. For supernatural wisdom for the president as he negotiates with the various countries for fair trade agreements. May they be successful for all parties involved. For the disunity in our country to be healed and that we would once again be One Nation Under God. For all of our states to have godly governors and leaders. Bind the enemy and all of his plans. Block any open doors that he has access to in the name of Jesus Christ.
